I haven't received a confirmation email that the files where successfully sent. Did the transfer work?

We send our email confirmations as quickly as possible, but it can take up to several minutes. If you still don't receive an email, check your spam folder. Sometimes the confirmation email ends up there. If that's not the case, double-check if the email address you typed into WeTransfer is correct. If there is absolutely no sign of it, then please contact us.
